Webshop Software – Lightspeed
Our webshop has been developed using Lightspeed software. Personal data that you provide to us for the purpose of our services is shared with this party. Lightspeed has access to your data in order to provide us with (technical) support, but will never use your data for any other purpose. Under the agreement we have concluded with them, Lightspeed is obliged to take appropriate security measures. Lightspeed uses cookies to collect technical information relating to your use of the software. No personal data is collected and/or stored.

Web Hosting – Hostnet B.V.
We purchase web hosting and email services from Hostnet B.V. Hostnet B.V. processes personal data on our behalf and does not use your data for its own purposes. However, this party may collect metadata regarding the use of the services. This is not personal data. Hostnet B.V. has taken appropriate technical and organisational measures to prevent the loss and unauthorised use of your personal data. Hostnet B.V. is bound by confidentiality under the agreement.

Email and Mailing Lists – Enormail
Our website uses Enormail, a third party that handles email traffic originating from our website and the sending of newsletters. All confirmation emails you receive from our website and web forms are sent via Enormail's servers. Enormail will never use your name and email address for its own purposes. To process (part of) the payments in our webshop, we use the Mollie platform. We collect reviews via the WebwinkelKeur platform. If you leave a review through WebwinkelKeur, you are required to provide your name and email address. WebwinkelKeur shares this information with us so that we can link the review to your order. WebwinkelKeur also publishes your name on its own website. In some cases, WebwinkelKeur may contact you to request further information regarding your review. Shipping and Logistics – GLS
When you place an order with us, it is our responsibility to have your parcel delivered to you. We use the services of GLS to carry out deliveries. Invoicing and Accounting – Exact
For our administration and bookkeeping we use the services of Exact. We share your name, address, place of residence and details relating to your order. External Sales Channels – Bol.com
We sell some of our products through the Bol.com platform. If you place an order through this platform, Bol.com shares your order details and personal data with us. We handle your data confidentially and have taken appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data against loss and unauthorised use.

Purpose of Data Processing – General Purpose of Processing
We use your data exclusively for the purpose of providing our services. This means that the purpose of processing is always directly related to the assignment you provide.
